    Description

    This furnished apartment offers a unique living comfort on 51m2. The apartment is ideal for shorter or longer business stays in Basel and is designed for two people. The apartment has 2.5 rooms. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and the living room is equipped with a sofa and a comfortable sitting area with dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Of course, the apartment has a private bathroom with WC, shower, hairdryer and various toiletries. After long working days you can also relax on your own balcony and let the day end.

    All additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, bed linen and towels are included in the price. For stays longer than 45 days a monthly cleaning is also included in the price. On the ground floor, washing machines and dryers are available for free use.

    The furnished apartment is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a modern building built to the latest standards. In Bâleo Erlenmatt you will find many shops and leisure activities. There is, for example, a Coop supermarket, a nursery, a fitness center and various gastronomic offers. The building is completely barrier-free and of course having lifts.
    The Bâleo Erlenmatt is located in the dynamically developing Erlenmatt district. The district combines urbanity with nature in a unique way. The large Erlenmattpark is located in the heart of the district and the Lange Erlen recreation area is only a stone's throw from the apartment. In 2017 the Erlenmatt district received certification as a 2000-watt site. The district was designed according to the principles of sustainable district development.
    The building is situated in an excellent location. The Badischer Bahnhof railway station is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached within 10 minutes. The Basel, Erlenmatt bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity. From here, you can easily reach the Basel SBB railway station, the old town and the banks of the Rhine by bus.
