In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils, hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A further plus of the apartment is the cosy balcony. Here you can let the days fade away and relax after long working days.

The district received certification as a 2000-watt site in 2017. The Erlenmatt district is a dynamically developing living space. A large park is located in the center of the district and the Lange Erlen recreation area can also be reached in a short time.
The business apartment is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a building that combines a variety of uses, offers and lifestyles. The building includes a Coop supermarket, a nursery, attractive restaurants and a fitness center. The building is also completely barrier-free and of course there are lifts.
The Erlenmatt district is in an excellent location and is optimally connected to public transport. The train station Badischer Bahnhof is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached in 10 minutes. Directly in front of the building is the bus stop Basel, Erlenmatt. From there, various buses will take you comfortably and quickly to Basel SBB railway station, from where you can quickly reach all the sights, the old town and the banks of the Rhine.

Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:

- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.

- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.

These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.

The "Owl II" is a modern and furnished apartment in the Erlenmatt district of Basel and offers sufficient space for two people. The apartment has 2.5 rooms. In the bedroom, there is a large double bed and a wardrobe. The living room is equipped with a sofa and another sitting area with dining table and chairs. Adjacent to the living room is a large open kitchen with all useful cooking utensils, hotplates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower, hairdryer and various toiletries. A big plus of the apartment is its own balcony. Here you can relax after busy days in the evening.

All additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, a TV with international, bed linen and towels are already included in the final price. For stays longer than 45 days, a monthly cleaning service is included. Washing facilities are also available on the ground floor free of charge.
