The charming “Sun 4” apartment truly lives up to its name. With its distinctive layout and unbeatable central location, it offers a special living experience in Lucerne’s historic centre. From the apartment, you can enjoy lovely views over the Old Town, the river Reuss and experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere right outside your door.
The apartment offers 3.5 rooms and comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. It features three double beds and a sofa bed, making it ideal for families or groups. The private kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and various additional conveniences.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, WC, and hairdryer. A highlight of the apartment is the private terrace, where you can relax and enjoy beautiful views—perfect for warm summer evenings.
The following services are included in the price: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, bed linen, towels, and all utility costs.
Thanks to its excellent central location, everything is within easy walking distance. Lucerne train station is just a 5–10 minute walk away. The Chapel Bridge, the River Reuss, as well as numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants are all located nearby. The surrounding area offers everything you need for a perfect stay in Lucerne.
Please note: For stays of 30 nights or longer, the following additional charges apply:
Refundable security deposit: CHF 2,000.00 (returned after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition)
Final cleaning fee: CHF 200.00
These payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been confirmed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you with further details.
