The modern “Saturn 3” apartment offers maximum comfort in a beautifully restored historic building in the centre of Lucerne’s charming old town. Its exceptional location and stunning views of the world-famous Chapel Bridge and the River Reuss make it an ideal choice for an unforgettable stay.
Spanning 47 m², the apartment accommodates up to five guests and is thoughtfully designed for both short and longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils such as a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, crockery, and cookware. The modern bathroom features a shower, WC, hairdryer, fresh towels, bath towels, and complimentary toiletries.
The final price includes all utilities as well as a range of convenient services: Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen, towels, and free use of the washing machines and dryers on the second floor.
Thanks to its central location, everything is within easy reach. Lucerne train station is just a 5–10 minute walk away, and the Schwanenplatz bus stop is only a few minutes from the building, offering frequent connections in all directions. The Chapel Bridge, the River Reuss, as well as a wide selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants are all located just steps away. The surrounding area provides everything you need for a perfect stay in Lucerne.
Please note: For stays of 30 nights or longer, the following additional charges apply:
Refundable security deposit: CHF 2,000.00 (returned after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition)
Final cleaning fee: CHF 200.00

Pas grand chose, hormis: personnel dans l'immeuble qui ne parle pas anglais, ni français, un peu dur de se faire comprendre. Pas la bonne taille de drap pour le canapé-lit mais après un appel téléphonique cela a pu être arrangé.

On 43m2 you enjoy a holistic comfort in this unique holiday apartment. The stylish apartment offers a bedroom and a spacious living room. In the bedroom there are one single bed, one double bed and in the living room a sofa bed for two persons. It is also possible to cook in the small kitchen corner. This offers two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave with baking and grill function, a coffee machine and all common kitchen utensils. Of course the apartment has its own bathroom. There you will find a shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries. A spacious terrace rounds off the living comfort. Here you can end the day and simply relax.

You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station, the old town and most of the sights are two kilometres away and can be reached by train, bus, on foot or by car in no time at all.
