The spacious bedroom is furnished with two double beds and thus offers plenty of space for a restful night's sleep. The harmonious furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax.
Living room:
The bright and spacious living room has another double bed and a cozy seating area. Here you can relax and enjoy after a long day in the city.
Kitchen:
The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. You can easily prepare and enjoy your meals here.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and we provide our guests with towels and a hairdryer.
On the 1st floor there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The use is free of charge, you only have to bring your own detergent.
Location:
The apartment impresses with its exclusive location in Zurich's Niederdorf district. Situated directly on the Limmat, you can enjoy an incomparable view and the proximity to numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities. The historic old town also offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Zurich's main train station is only a 5-minute walk away.
Important notes:
- Low spots: Please note that there are very low places in the apartment where you can easily bump your head. We recommend special care in these areas.
- The house does not have an elevator and you have to walk up the stairs 3 floors.
- Noise pollution: Due to the central location and the surrounding bars and restaurants, it can get louder in the evening and at night. For guests who prefer a quiet environment, we would like to point out this possible noise pollution.
- We do not offer parking facilities and we recommend our guests to arrive without a car, as parking in the city of Zurich is very expensive.

We were a group of 9 traveling to Zurich by train. We booked this apartment for 4 and the apartment above at for 5. It was exactly as described. A great location downtown (the view was spectacular!), close to the train station and great restaurants. see more
We were a group of 9 traveling to Zurich by train. We booked this apartment for 4 and the apartment above at for 5. It was exactly as described. A great location downtown (the view was spectacular!), close to the train station and great restaurants. There are some nightclubs nearby, so as described in the listing it can get a little noisy, but with the windows closed, you could barely hear the noise. It was clean and had everything that you would need, including travel plug adapters. I wish that we would stayed longer, as one night was not enough. I highly recommend this apartment.
