Bedroom:
The spacious bedroom is furnished with two double beds and thus offers plenty of space for a restful night's sleep. The harmonious furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax.

Living room:
The bright and spacious living room has another double bed and a cozy seating area. Here you can relax and enjoy after a long day in the city.

Kitchen:
The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. You can easily prepare and enjoy your meals here.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and we provide our guests with towels and a hairdryer.

On the 1st floor there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The use is free of charge, you only have to bring your own detergent.

Location:
The apartment impresses with its exclusive location in Zurich's Niederdorf district. Situated directly on the Limmat, you can enjoy an incomparable view and the proximity to numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities. The historic old town also offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Zurich's main train station is only a 5-minute walk away.

Important notes:
- Low spots: Please note that there are very low places in the apartment where you can easily bump your head. We recommend special care in these areas.
- The house does not have an elevator and you have to walk up the stairs 3 floors.
- Noise pollution: Due to the central location and the surrounding bars and restaurants, it can get louder in the evening and at night. For guests who prefer a quiet environment, we would like to point out this possible noise pollution.
- We do not offer parking facilities and we recommend our guests to arrive without a car, as parking in the city of Zurich is very expensive.

The pretty apartment is fully furnished and offers one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom in the gallery with two double beds, a living room with a comfortable seating area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a shower and for the laundry you use your own washing machine.

To make your holiday in Zurich as pleasant as possible, the following services are included in the price: Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen, towels and bath towels.

Let yourself be inspired by the medieval charm of the winding alleys and the countless restaurants and cafés in the famous Niederdorf or simply watch the hustle and bustle under your window. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and treat yourself to a cocktail or a beer in one of the numerous bars near the apartment. In and around the Niederdorf district there are many famous Zurich sights, such as the Frauenmünster, Helmaus, Grossmünster or the city hall. Marvel at the diverse architecture and the combination of modern shops and centuries-old houses. Please note that due to our central location and the nearby bars and restaurants, there may be some noise, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
