The price includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, hand and bath towels. In the house, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which you can also use for free.
The apartment building is located in a very central location within walking distance of Zurich main station (Zurich HB). The trendy quarter "Kreis 5" offers countless restaurants, stores and bars. Supermarkets are just a few steps away and the Zurich Limmat is also just a stone's throw from the apartment building. The nearest streetcar stop is a 2-minute walk away and most of the sights such as Zurich's Niederdorf or the lakeside promenade are also within walking distance.
